55 million Indians are pushed to poverty due to healthcare expenditure every year. 94% of India’s population is in rural areas. But do we have enough Medical practitioners to support the healthcare in rural spaces? Merely 34% of doctors work for rural healthcare. Considering the booming opportunities and great environment with a fair compensation (Up to 60K per month), young medical graduates should grab the opportunity of working in a rural environment.
