Executive - Scholarship Team
Job profile includes outreach to colleges & other NGO Partners, scrutinizing Scholarship Applications, interaction with Facilitator volunteers, scheduling verification calls, and processing of applications to onboard scholars. Requires proficiency in Excel and various formulae, good communication skills and ability to work with the team.
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3+ Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Manager – Scholarship in the following areas:
- Understand the Scholarship policy and scholarship program at FFE
- Scrutinize the applications & speak to the students to ensure eligibility.
- Check for percentage, rank & income criteria based on policy.
- Validate the Aadhaar details
- Interact with facilitators/Parents/Students for the Online verification process, explain the process and handle all the parties with utmost empathy.
- Interact with students to explain the process of applications.
- Continuous interaction with students to encourage them to upload the necessary documents.
- Respond to their queries via email/call on a timely basis.
- Interact with facilitators to ensure the verification process is completed.
- Matching students to facilitators based on location, availability and language
- Inform students to approach facilitators with their completed applications.
- Check for completed applications once the verification process is done by checking for attestation in all the documents.
- Work as part of the team to ensure the scholarship program is executed smoothly.
- Understand the process of the scholarship program
- Manage the CRM tool to process the applications
- Compile reports to collect the data.
- Ability to move across teams to support when the job demands.

Senior Executive - Donor Team
Day-to-day management of prospect and existing donor relationships, planning and executing donor engagement initiatives while deepening and diversifying FFE’S funding base.
Location: Bangalore/WFH
Experience: 4+ Years
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Donor Relations Strategy
- Lead, establish, build, and maintain strong and productive relationships with FFE’s Donors
- Ensure active engagement with Donors, understand their needs, and provide appropriate services
- Maintain regular contact with Donors through reports, newsletters, etc.
- Ensure that all communication to donors is consistent with FFE guidelines
- Maintain, update and manage donor contact database for use by the organization
Planning, Reporting and Documentation:
- Responsible for preparing regular (quarterly and yearly) qualitative reports and documenting case studies and testimonials.
- Maintain regular connections with the scholars and fetch relevant information required for Donor reporting
- Responsible for high-stake donor reporting, developing their annual project plan and its implementation.
- Write grant proposals or assist in the process
- Assist in the preparation of virtual meet-ups, and events with appropriate post-event follow-ups.
- Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
Qualification and Work experience
- Bachelors/ Master’s degree in any field.
- 2-3 years of proven project management and other job-relevant skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with the FFE team, donors, and students
- Demonstrated success in project planning, monitoring, and report writing
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written), presentation skills, interpersonal skills & networking skills, and ability to work on tight deadlines.

Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist
The M&E Specialist will provide technical leadership to develop the program framework, plans and indicators to capture and document project performance results and provide effective, accurate and timely monitoring, evaluation and reporting of all project activities.

Roles & Responsibilities of Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist
- Oversee the development and implementation of the Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP) to capture project performance and results, including routine data reporting, baseline and end line assessments, and all monitoring for process and outcome evaluations
- Develop and oversee data flow patterns for the program that will ensure timely data collection and reporting
- Lead results reporting to donors by providing written documentation on M&E activities and indicator results for progress and annual reports, as appropriate.
- Provide leadership and direction on M&E to ensure the program achieves its goals and corresponding objectives and targets
- Ensure high-quality implementation, consistent with donors’ monitoring and evaluation guidelines, protocols, information and reporting systems
- Lead efforts to monitor and evaluate project interventions, document results and provide feedback to stakeholders including the organisation’s Board to guide decision-making
- Lead efforts to utilize the latest monitoring systems and tools to track and monitor
- Conduct targeted evaluations and operations research, including design, data collection, management and analysis
- Ensure quality of data through data verification procedures, including routine data quality audits
- Promote and support the dissemination of project information among the project team
- Work with project and finance staff to prepare and track the progress of project and activity budgets
- Coordinate all M&E capacity-building activities with project staff, implementing partners and facility staff
- Collaborate with Managing Trustee & COO to compile a quarterly and annual report of all submissions
Desired Skills
- Master’s degree in social work or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of work experience in monitoring and evaluating complex, large, multi-year programs
- Proven expertise in quantitative and qualitative methodologies, operations research, reporting, data quality assessments, data analysis and presentation and setting up and managing M&E systems that track performance as per the objectives
- Demonstrated strong management, coordination, teamwork and planning skills with proven ability to function effectively with Corporates and individual donors
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to process and analyze data
- Experience hiring and supervising personnel and ensuring they acquire the necessary training and skills to meet evolving program needs
- Proven ability to establish and maintain interpersonal and professional relationships
- Demonstrated outstanding leadership, strategic thinking and organizational skills
- Expertise in research to practice—identifying and adapting best practices to specific project contexts
- Excellent skills in facilitation, team building, and coordination
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills in English

Fund-Raising Specialist
Job profile includes creating and implementing a robust and effective fundraising strategy to raise significant grants and funds to scale all the programs. This includes mobilising CSR funds and international grants. The Fund raiser will write coherent, organized, and compelling proposals that is expected to bring in additional funds.

Roles & Responsibilities of Fund Raising Specialist
- Study and understand the history, structure, objectives, programs and financial needs of the organization
- Research grant opportunities (national and international) for which the organisation qualifies
- Determine proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities
- Study Requests For Proposal (RFPs) and draft grant proposals by gathering and formatting information and data
- Collate all supporting documents based on the funding requirements of the organisation
- Meet proposal deadline by establishing priorities
- Gather proposal information by identifying sources of information and coordinate submissions only after prior approval
- Write, revise, and edit drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials
- Maintain consistency by using templates, following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases.
- Obtain approvals internally by reviewing proposals with key stakeholders and managers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors and FFE colleagues
- Respond to internal and external queries on drafted and submitted proposals
- Update job knowledge by participating in forums; maintaining personal networks and working with the FFE team
- Maintain accurate records of grant opportunities and submission of proposals
- Collaborate with Managing Trustee & COO to compile an annual & quarterly report of all submissions
